The City accepts several forms of payments:
Cash 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday inside City Hall
Check: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday inside City Hall, by mail or the drop box located outside City Hall on the north end of the building.
Money Order: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday inside City Hall, by mail or the drop box located outside City Hall on the north end of the building.
Certified Check: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday inside City Hall, by mail or the drop box located outside City Hall on the north end of the building.
Please note that the drop box can be used at any time including weekends and holidays and will be posted no later than 3:00 pm the following business day. When leaving payment in the drop box, if you do not have an envelope, please note your account number on your check. If you do not have your payment stub, please note your account number or the physical property address on which the payment is being made, on the check or envelope.
Credit Cards: Visa or MasterCard may be used by either coming into City Hall or calling (360) 755-0531 between the hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. There is no charge for this service.
*Autopay: Just fill out and sign the Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment, attach a voided check or a savings withdrawal slip for the account from which you wish the payment be withdrawn, and return to City Hall. Funds will be withdrawn between the 15th and 20th of the month prior to the Date Delinquent as indicated on each utility bill. There is no charge for this service.
*Payments will not be taken or processed on days that the City is closed in observance of scheduled holidays.
