Need a place to host your birthday party, wedding, reception or a meeting? Local area citizens, organizations and groups can rent the Community Center in whole or part for periodic and temporary activities.

Non-profit organizations looking for meeting space should contact our office for information about our "Rent for Labor" program.

Rental for commercial or "for profit" use is not allowed without prior approval from the City of Burlington.

The Center offers four separate rooms for rent which vary in size and price:

Conference Room~ A small meeting space that will seat up to 20 persons comfortably. Large windows offer great natural light and overlook the Center's entrance courtyard.
Crafts Room~ This room will seat up to 30 persons and offers lots of counterspace and a small sink. Perfect for small gatherings and as meeting space.
Multi-Purpose Room~ This large room will seat up to 100 persons. Nine large, round tables and the room's open layout make it ideal for many types of functions. Full-lite entry doors along the room's east wall open onto Maiben Park and offer an option for private entry.
Community Hall Room~ The largest of the 4 rooms, the Hall will seat up to 150 persons. This room is used for a variety of functions from meeting space to weddings and receptions. The adjacent 'Warming Kitchen' is a full-service kitchen with two stove/ovens and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is frequently rented in combination with the Hall and is a perfect compliment when your gathering includes food service. Double entry doors along the room's west wall offer an option for private entry.

The Community Center's rooms are available for rentals during the following timeframes:

Saturday

Sunday

4:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m. through midnight

8:00 a.m. through midnight

8:00 a.m. through 10:00 p.m

From 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. during the weekdays, this facility operates as Burlington's Senior Center.
