This position is currently vacant. The City will accept applications and letters of interest from citizens interested in filling this position. The appointment to this position will be to complete the remainder of a four-year term ending December 31, 2013. Applications are available here or at City Hall Finance Office, 833 S. Spruce Street, Burlington, WA 98233 or by calling (360) 755-0531. The deadline for submitting the application and letter of interest is 4:30 p.m. Wednesday February 1, 2012. Interviews will be conducted during the 7:00 p.m. City Council meeting on Thursday February 9, 2012. A decision could be made following interviews at that meeting. Qualifications are that you must be a registered voter and have lived within the city limits for at least one year.
