Address Signs

If you live in the City of Burlington you are required by the Burlington Municipal Code Chapter 15.10, to display an approved sign distributed by the Fire Department on your property. The sign must be visible from the street and must be placed in a conspicuous place on the building. The purpouse of the sign is to allow the Fire, Police, and Emergency Medical Services agencies to locate your residence in the case of an emergency.
