Skagit Valley Genealogical Society - Their website contains an obituary index and their collection is located in the Burlington Public Library. It features many basic and specialized genealogy resources. For detailed genealogy questions a volunteer member is the society is available to assist in the library each Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. Library Staff is often able to help find resources as well at other times.
