Arrangements should be made with a library staff member at least one week in advance. Examinations should be taken during library operating hours. It may be possible to schedule a test before 11:00 a.m., at the discretion of the staff member who will serve as proctor. All test taking requirements must be received from the issuing educational institution before any tests are taken. Students must bring photo identification to present to the proctor at test time. If completed examinations and accompanying materials need to be faxed by the Library, a fax processing fee of $5 for up to 10 pages, 50 cents for each additional page, will be charged. If materials need to be mailed by the Library, the student will be responsible for providing a pre-addressed, stamped return envelope with adequate postage.
The Burlington Public Library does not charge fees for the staff time required to proctor examinations, but greatly appreciates donations in support of the Library's collections and services.
